G2i Inc. is a fully remote contract partner that partners with frontier AI labs to build internal engineering teams. We run a lean recruiting function and focus on speed, honesty, and scalable sourcing for software engineers.

The Role involves running high-volume screening calls, pitching opportunities, activating bench candidates, and meeting aggressive hiring targets. You will source creatively and support multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
