Constructor is seeking a recruiter to support GTM teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will own a smaller funnel from sourcing to closing offers and keep our Ashby pipeline accurate.

You will schedule interviews, communicate with candidates clearly and promptly, and use AI daily to draft outreach, summarize notes, and speed up research. This fully remote role includes stock options, a home stipend, an Apple laptop, and a training budget.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a client-facing role.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up until you get a response.
• Highly organized with strong written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own a smaller funnel of candidates from sourcing to closing offers.
• Keep our pipeline in Ashby accurate and move candidates through stages.
• Schedule interviews and give every candidate clear, timely communication.
