Constructor.io seeks a proactive Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles across regions. You will source, engage, and close top talent, delivering a high-quality candidate experience aligned with our values and culture.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, manage interview logistics across time zones, and continuously improve recruiting processes using AI tools. This is a fully remote role supporting US and EMEA time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven success hiring for technical roles such as backend, frontend, data/ML, and product management.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and scale recruitment across regions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for highly technical engineering and product roles.
• Source and engage top-tier talent across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on pipeline progress and metrics.
• Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical teams.
• Represent Constructor.io as a thoughtful brand ambassador in candidate interactions.
