Job summary

Sungrow USA Corporation is seeking a Technical Quality Coordinator to oversee BESS rework and remediation activities. You will coordinate information, work instructions, materials, and schedules across Engineering, Technical Support, Service, and field teams.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, with a remote, full-time arrangement and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred PV/BESS industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of Vendors for onsite service.
• Issue Service Purchase Orders or Task Orders for Vendors.
• Communicate with Vendors by phone/email re spare parts & dispatch.
• Place material orders for rework cases.
• Handle RFQ processes and coordinate data entry in SAP/CRM.
