Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Rework Program Manager/Technical Quality Project Engineer to own ECO/ECR lifecycles and rework execution. You’ll coordinate Field Service, Supply Chain, and Quality across multiple initiatives, triaging issues and driving on-time delivery.

You’ll apply risk-based prioritization, data-driven planning, and cross-functional governance to optimize resources and reduce field issues, with up to 30% travel and a strong customer-facing focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in PV/engineering, field service, or technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• PM capabilities with scheduling, resourcing, and tracking across multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle of ECO/ECR and rework, including validation and rollout.
• Plan rework programs with master schedules and cost forecasts.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, triage issues.
• Develop dashboards for real-time project tracking and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Field Service, Procurement, Quality.
