Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Technical Quality Coordinator - Battery to serve as the central point for BESS rework and remediation activities. You will coordinate technical information, work instructions, materials, resources, schedules, and cross-functional communication across Engineering, Technical Support, Service, and field teams.

The position is full-time and remote, with travel 5-10%. Candidates should have over 5 years in customer service, preferably PV/BESS, plus strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Preferred PV/BESS industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the dispatch of Vendors for onsite service.
• Issue Service Purchase Orders or Task Orders for Vendors.
• Communicate with Vendors by phone and email regarding parts and dispatch.
• Place material orders for rework cases.
• Handle and initiate RFQ process.
• Communicate status of vendor/material arrival to customers.
• Review dispatch board to optimize schedules and costs.
• Enter data in SAP and CRM from service daily reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, partners, and field staff.
• Maintain rework database with customer data, service reports, and photos.
