Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Technical Quality Coordinator - Battery to act as the central coordinator for rework and remediation activities, spanning Engineering, Technical Support, Service, Project Management, and field teams.

You will drive readiness, track execution, and resolve issues while coordinating parts, vendors, and schedules. This is a remote role with 5–10% travel, offering growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Preferred PV/BESS industry experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the dispatch of vendors for onsite service
• Issue Service Purchase Orders or Task Orders as required for Vendors
• Communicate with Vendors by phone and email regarding spare parts, dispatch, and return of material
• Place material orders for rework cases
• Handle RFQ process
• Communicate with customers on vendor/material arrival status
• Review dispatch board to optimize time/costs
• Enter data in SAP and CRM from service reports
• Collaborate with procurement, third party partners, and field service staff
• Maintain rework database with customer data, service reports, and photos
• Anticipate and resolve problems with minimal supervision
• Plan and schedule rework activities across multiple sites
• Verify vendor invoices against services provided
• Provide scheduling feedback to supervisor
• Work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Collaborate to streamline processes and improve operations
• Adhere to security policies and training
• Perform other duties to support company goals
