Job summary

Kobie is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive delivery across engineering teams and optimize workflows. You will lead operations, improve visibility, and enable timely product releases as a non-technical facilitator focused on process and governance.

In this remote-first role, you will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define feature scope, schedules, and priorities, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client commitments across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of modern product and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive operational improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from intake to delivery, aligned with goals and commitments.
• Maintain awareness of all product and feature queues and dashboards for SLA, backlog, and delivery timelines.
• Own dashboards tracking queue volume, SLA adherence, backlog health, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure smooth flow of requests across queues to minimize wait times and improve service delivery.
• Leverage data to identify areas for improvement and provide leadership with recommendations.
• Lead quarterly planning sessions and align commitments across teams.
• Use Jira to review and track PO updates for features within Program Increments.
• Document changes to scope, budget, and timeline with risks; report to leadership.
• Call out, track, and follow through on risks and issues until resolution.
• Automate status and progress reporting using integrated tools.
• Deliver clear communications to stakeholders at all levels with executive summaries.
