Job summary

Kobie is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to drive delivery across engineering teams and optimize product delivery. You will manage end-to-end portfolio oversight, establish dashboards, and partner with Product Owners to align scope, budget, and timelines with business goals.

Leverage Jira-based governance, lead quarterly planning, and enable cross-functional collaboration to improve delivery efficiency and transparency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on product or technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern product and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive operational improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from intake to delivery, aligning with strategic goals and client commitments.
• Own dashboards that track queue volume, SLA adherence, backlog health, and delivery timelines.
• Lead quarterly planning sessions and coordinate risk tracking and reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define feature scope and delivery schedules.
• Drive process excellence, improving workflows, templates, and reporting to enable agile delivery.
