Job summary

Kobie is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive delivery across engineering teams, oversee the product lifecycle, and optimize workflows. You will act as a process leader, not a developer, focusing on visibility, structure, and collaboration to improve delivery performance.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, and use of Jira tools to manage program increments, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in product or technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven improvement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from intake to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client commitments.
• Maintain comprehensive awareness of all product and feature queues.
• Own dashboards tracking queue volume, SLA adherence, backlog health, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure smooth flow of requests across queues to minimize wait times and improve service delivery.
• Automate status and progress reporting using integrated tools.
• Deliver clear communications to stakeholders at all levels, including executive summaries of status, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
