Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from intake to delivery, aligning with goals.
• Own dashboards tracking queue volume, SLA, backlog health, and timelines.
• Lead quarterly planning and risk management across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope and schedule.
• Drive process excellence and automation to improve delivery and transparency.
