Job summary

Kobie is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive delivery of our product portfolio across engineering teams. This remote-first role focuses on improving operations, managing workflows, and providing visibility and governance to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on product or technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from intake to delivery and ensure alignment with strategic goals and client commitments.
• Maintain dashboards that track queue volume, SLA adherence, backlog health, and delivery timelines.
• Lead quarterly planning sessions and facilitate alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and managers to coordinate handoffs and prioritize initiatives across portfolios.
