Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is hiring a Product Support Associate for our remote team, located on EST. This role delivers technical support, creates product documentation, and collaborates with engineering and product managers to ensure data accuracy and timely responses.

You will engage with customers, assist in sales support, and coordinate with the RMA/warranty teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering, business, or commensurate experience.
• Knowledge of CAD or Architectural drawing software preferred.
• Electrical, electronic, or lighting product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist inbound technical inquiries via phone and email to resolution.
• Generate documentation for technical product inquiries.
• Support in advanced sales for product-related questions.
• Collaborate with warranty and RMA processes.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineering on data accuracy.
