Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Support Associate to help customers with new and existing products under the Light Made Easy program. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure accurate product data and timely updates.

The role involves providing technical support, generating documentation, and assisting with advanced sales support. This is a permanent remote position requiring EST location and travel to Lansdale, PA for onboarding in the first week.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or commensurate experience in customer relations, tech support or product development.
• Knowledge of CAD or architectural drawing software is preferred.
• Electrical, electronic, or lighting product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical-related calls and emails, guiding customers to resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation for technical product inquiries.
