Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, offers a permanent remote Product Support Associate role. Must be located on EST and able to travel to the Headquarters in Lansdale, PA during onboarding the first week.

The Product Development Team creates and improves products to meet Keystone’s goals and Light Made Easy promise. This role provides technical support and helps bring new products to market.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or commensurate experience in customer relations, technical support, and/or product development.
• Ability to listen effectively and solve problems with customers.
• Strong deductive reasoning and systematic troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with mobile applications and controls.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound technical-related phone calls and emails; guide customers to resolution.
• Generate supporting documentation for technical product inquiries.
• Assist in advanced sales support for product inquiries.
• Collaborate with RMA for warranty processing.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure data accuracy.
• Work with management to maintain timelines with product teams.
