Job summary

The role involves travel to the Headquarters in Lansdale, PA for onboarding during the first week. The Product Development Team develops new products and improves existing ones, while the Product Support Associate provides technical support and creates documentation for customers.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or commensurate experience in customer relations, technical support, or product development.
• Knowledge of CAD or architectural drawing software is preferred.
• Electrical, electronic, or lighting product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound technical-related calls and emails; guide customers to resolutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for technical inquiries.
• Assist in advanced sales support for product-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with RMA on warranty claims processing.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure data accuracy.
• Work with management to maintain timelines with product teams.
