Keystone Technologies Inc is seeking a Product Support Associate to provide technical assistance and customer support. You will help bring new products to market and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to maintain accurate product data.

The role emphasizes inbound inquiries, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely resolutions and alignment with Light Made Easy promises.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering, business, or commensurate experience in customer relations, technical support, and/or a product development role.
• Knowledge of CAD or Architectural drawing software preferred.
• Electrical, electronic, or lighting related product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound technical-related inquiries by phone and email and guide customers to resolution.
• Generate supporting documentation for technical inquiries.
• Assist in advanced sales support for product inquiries.
