Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Support Associate to join our Product Development Team and help bring innovative lighting products to market. You will assist customers with technical inquiries, generate documentation, and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to keep data accurate.

The role emphasizes listening, problem solving, and the ability to manage projects from conception to delivery, with onboarding at headquarters during first week and EST travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Knowledge of CAD or architectural drawing software preferred.
• Electrical, electronic, or lighting product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound technical-related phone calls and emails and guiding customers to resolution.
• Generating supporting documentation for technical product inquiries.
• Assisting in advanced sales support for product-related inquiries.
• Collaborating with RMA on warranty claims processing.
• Working with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure product data accuracy.
