Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Product Support Associate for the Product Development Team. This hybrid role focuses on delivering technical customer support, bringing new products to market, and collaborating with engineering.

You will handle inbound inquiries, create documentation, assist with sales support, and contribute to product data accuracy with cross-functional teams. A degree in engineering or business and CAD familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering or business.
• Knowledge of CAD or Architectural drawing software.
• Electrical, electronic, or lighting knowledge is a plus.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Strong deductive reasoning and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage projects from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical inquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare documentation for technical product inquiries.
• Assist in advanced sales support for product questions.
• Create lighting layouts using CAD-like software (training provided).
• Collaborate with RMA on warranty claims.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineering to keep data current.
