Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc is hiring a Product Support Associate to assist customers with technical product inquiries and provide essential support to the product development team. You will help bring new and improved lighting products to market while ensuring accuracy of product data.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree or equivalent experience, with familiarity in CAD tools, and strong listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering, business, or commensurate experience in customer relations, technical support, and/or product development.
• Knowledge of CAD or Architectural drawing software preferred.
• Electrical, electronic, or lighting product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound technical-related calls and emails and guide customers to resolution.
• Generate supporting documentation for technical inquiries.
• Assist in advanced sales support for product inquiries.
• Collaborate with RMA on warranty claims processing.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineering to ensure data accuracy.
• Work with management to maintain project timelines with product teams.
