Grafana Labs is seeking a technically fluent engineer-turned-technical product marketer who loves building demos, explaining complex systems, and helping SRE and platform leaders grasp the value of open observability. You will develop core demos, run workshops, and bridge Product and Sales with clear narratives.

This remote role requires strong communication, 5+ years in technical roles, comfort with AI-driven content, and willingness to travel 10-12 weeks a year to training and customer events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, or equivalent).
• Ability to travel 10–12 weeks per year for training and customer events.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts and how to communicate value to platform teams.
• Proven ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
• Lead webinars and technical sessions for evaluators and buyers.
• Collaborate with PMMs to extend technical narratives across channels.
• Create enablement assets and compelling talk tracks for SEs and sellers.
• Automate content workflows and demonstrate repeatable demo setups.
