Grafana Labs is seeking a technically fluent engineer-turned-product marketer who loves building powerful demos and explaining complex systems. The role focuses on helping SRE and platform engineering leaders understand the value of open, agentic observability and Grafana Cloud.

You'll be the hands-on engineer bringing our technical story to life for buyers, building demos, running workshops and webinars, and bridging Product and Sales with clear, consistent narratives across the customer

Qualifications

Experience translating complex systems into clear, customer-facing narratives.
Ability to build and present technical demos and workshops for evaluators and buyers.
Strong collaboration with product, sales, and content teams to enable selling with technical storytelling.

Responsabilités

Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos highlighting Grafana's value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs with content teams.
Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions for evaluators.
Teach customers why Grafana's approach is differentiated and valuable.
Use AI tools to generate variations and reusable assets for scalable content across channels.
Enable Solutions Engineers with clear technical storytelling and demo guidance.
Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across high-impact channels.
