Grafana Labs seeks a technically fluent Technical Product Marketer to build demos, run workshops, and present complex observability concepts to buyers and evaluators. You will bridge Product and Sales, enabling SEs with compelling narratives and repeatable assets.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted content and scalable technical storytelling across channels. You’ll collaborate with PMMs, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering, shaping the AI-era positioning and seller enablement for Grafana

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
• Strong understanding of observability concepts and needs of SRE/platform teams.
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
• Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs with content teams.
• Lead webinars, workshops and technical sessions for evaluators.
• Teach customers why Grafana's approach is differentiated and valuable.
• Use AI tools to generate variations and scalable assets.
