Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Technical Product Marketer who thrives on building powerful demos and clearly explaining complex systems to SRE and platform engineering leaders. You will be a hands-on engineer translating our technical story into compelling content for buyers and practitioners alike.

You’ll develop core demos, run workshops and webinars, and serve as the technical bridge between Product and Sales to demonstrate Grafana Cloud’s value across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
• Willingness to travel 10–12 weeks per year.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts and needs of SRE/platform teams.
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a crisp, structured style.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfortable with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
• High ownership mindset to drive projects end to end.
• Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars for evaluators.
• Enable SEs with clear, consistent technical storytelling and assets.
• Collaborate with PMMs to shape content strategy for technical buyers.
• Scale content through AI tools and automation across channels.
• Assist in developing tools and processes that showcase Grafana's value to engineers.
