Grafana Labs is seeking a technically fluent Technical Product Marketer to build demos, run workshops, and bridge Product and Sales with clear, value-driven narratives. You will craft buyer-focused content, enable SEs, and scale technical storytelling across channels in a remote, globally distributed team.

You’ll work on demos, webinars, and workshops for evaluators, translating deep technical concepts into compelling value for SRE/platform leaders. Travel 10–12 weeks/year is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role such as solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, or backend engineering.
• Willingness to travel 10–12 weeks per year for training and customer events.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.

Responsabilités

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
• Create and maintain polished, narrative-driven demos highlighting Grafana’s value for SRE and platform engineering leaders.
• Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs with our video/content teams.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions for evaluators.
• Teach customers why Grafana’s approach is differentiated and valuable.
• Use AI tools to generate variations, summaries, and reusable assets to scale content.
• Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org with consistent messaging and demo guidance.
• Produce technical enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, and competitive narratives.
• Help SEs and sellers communicate Grafana’s story with clarity and differentiation.
• Partner with PMMs to identify buyer personas, problems, and messages; shape content strategy.
• Extend technical narratives into analyst briefings, industry forums, podcasts, conferences, and online communities.
• Bring a technical perspective to PMM planning and ensure content reflects the needs of SREs.
