Job summary

Grafana Labs, a fully remote company, is seeking a Technical Product Marketer to craft demos and technical narratives for SRE and platform engineering leaders. You will lead demos, webinars, and workshops, partnering with PMMs, SEs, and content teams to translate complex observability concepts into compelling buyer-focused stories.

You’ll build repeatable content strategies, leverage AI for scalable assets, and help sellers communicate Grafana’s value across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
• Enable Solutions Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling and assets.
• Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across channels.
• Use automation & AI to scale technical content and streamline demo setup.
