Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks a Technical Product Marketer to craft compelling technical narratives, build core demos, and run workshops that highlight Grafana’s observability value for SRE and platform teams.

You’ll partner with PMMs, SEs, and content teams to scale narratives across channels, deliver webinars, and drive buyer engagement while staying ahead in the AI era. This role is 100% remote with international travel of 10–12 weeks/year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value‑driven stories.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer‑focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
• Enable Solutions Engineers with clear technical storytelling and assets.
• Collaborate with PMMs to drive technical buyer engagement across channels.
• Use automation/AI to scale technical content and demos.
