Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a technically fluent engineer-turned-Technical Product Marketer who can build powerful demos, explain complex systems, and help SRE and platform engineering leaders understand our open approach to observability.

You will craft core demos, run technical workshops and webinars, and act as the technical bridge between Product and Sales. This role shapes Grafana’s narrative in the AI era and scales content across buyer journeys.

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, backend engineering, technical PMM, or similar).
Ability to travel to training and customer events 10-12 weeks per year.
Strong understanding of observability concepts and the needs of SRE/platform teams.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a crisp, structured, persuasive style.
Strong cross-functional collaboration; comfortable with PMM, Product, SEs, DevRel, and Field Engineering.
High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
Enable Solutions Engineers with clear, consistent technical storytelling and assets.
Collaborate with PMMs to shape content strategy and buyer engagement across channels.
Use automation and AI to scale technical content and demo setups.
Support the sales process by articulating Grafana’s value to SRE and platform teams.
