Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a technically fluent Technical Product Marketer to build demos, run workshops, and bridge Product and Sales with clear technical narratives. You’ll craft buyer-focused content, run webinars, and enable the SE team with scalable assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, DevOps, or similar).
• Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear, value-focused stories.
• Experience presenting technical content through demos, workshops, or webinars.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a crisp, structured style.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with PMM, Product, SEs, and Field teams.
• Willingness to travel 10–12 weeks per year.
• Comfort with light scripting or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic, buyer-focused demos, videos, workshops, and webinars.
• Record high-quality technical demo videos and walkthroughs with content teams.
• Lead webinars, workshops, and technical sessions for evaluators.
• Teach customers why Grafana’s approach is differentiated and valuable.
• Use AI tools to generate variations and scalable assets for channels.
• Serve as PMM’s technical liaison to the SE org with consistent messaging.
• Produce enablement assets, value-driven talk tracks, and demo best practices.
• Help SEs communicate Grafana’s story with clarity and confidence.
