Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or similar relevant experience
• Familiarity with analytics technologies such as Databricks, SQL, R, Python
• Understanding of cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures; Azure experience preferred
• Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, reliability, security
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps
• Strong judgment balancing scalability, developer experience, compliance, reliability, and delivery
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code platforms (Pulumi, Terraform)

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight ecosystem
• Define and manage cloud-native platform capabilities throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with platform engineering to specify requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling
• Identify pain points and translate into platform opportunities to improve velocity and reliability
• Define adoption, performance, reliability, and developer experience metrics
• Represent voice of internal users and coordinate with stakeholders across teams
• Create and maintain product roadmaps with Strategy and Leadership teams
• Prioritize platform requirements for clear business and application understanding
