Milliman MedInsight seeks a Technical Product Manager focused on platform engineering to drive shared platform capabilities that enable product and engineering teams to build, ship, and operate MedInsight solutions efficiently. You will translate engineering needs into clear requirements and align stakeholders across engineering, security, and operations.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or similar relevant experience
• Familiarity with analytics technologies such as Databricks, SQL, R, Python
• Understanding of cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures; Azure experience preferred
• Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, reliability, security
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps
• Strong judgment balancing scalability, developer experience, compliance, reliability, and delivery
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code platforms (Pulumi, Terraform)

Mansioni

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight ecosystem
• Define and manage cloud-native platform capabilities throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with platform engineering to specify requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling
• Identify pain points and translate into platform opportunities to improve velocity and reliability
• Define adoption, performance, reliability, and developer experience metrics
• Represent voice of internal users and coordinate with stakeholders across teams
• Create and maintain product roadmaps with Strategy and Leadership teams
• Prioritize platform requirements for clear business and application understanding
