Milliman is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of shared platform capabilities. You will enable product and engineering teams to build, ship, and operate MedInsight solutions more efficiently, reliably, and securely.

You will partner with Platform Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Operations to strengthen platform foundations while improving engineering velocity and cost-effective scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, healthcare, or related subject.
• Experience with Databricks, SQL, R, Python.
• Cloud-native architectures; Azure experience preferred.
• Experience with platform engineering and internal developer platforms.
• Translate complex concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong focus on scalability, reliability, and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmaps for shared platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Data, Security, and Operations teams.
• Prioritize platform requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Identify pain points and translate into platform opportunities.
• Measure adoption, performance, and developer experience metrics.
