MedInsight, a Milliman subsidiary, is seeking a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to help shape strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of shared platform capabilities that enable product and engineering teams to build, ship, and operate MedInsight solutions more efficiently, reliably, and securely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or similar relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or other relevant subjects.
• Familiarity with analytics technologies (e.g., Databricks, SQL, R, Python).
• Understanding of cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures, with Azure experience preferred.
• Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, reliability, security, or other shared capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong product judgment balancing long-term scalability, developer experience, compliance, reliability, and delivery needs.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code platforms such as Pulumi and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight's ecosystem.
• Define and deliver cloud-native platform capabilities at multiple stages of development.
• Partner with platform engineering to define product requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Translate developer pain points into platform opportunities and prioritize work to improve velocity and reliability.
• Define adoption, performance, reliability, and developer experience metrics for platform value.
• Gather and prioritize feedback from internal users to guide platform investments.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, sales, and leadership on key initiatives.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps with Strategy and Leadership teams.
• Prioritize core platform requirements for clarity to business and application owners.
