The role bridges platform engineering, product teams, and leadership to ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and platform adoption goals, with strong emphasis on technical fluency and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or similar experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or related field.
• Familiarity with analytics technologies (Databricks, SQL, R, Python).
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures; Azure experience preferred.
• Experience with platform engineering, developer platforms, APIs, CI/CD, observability, security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight ecosystem.
• Define product requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling.
• Translate engineering needs into measurable outcomes and backlog priorities.
• Define adoption, performance, reliability metrics for platform value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on initiatives and roadmaps.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps with leadership teams.
