Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Technical Product Manager with a platform engineering focus to lead shared platform capabilities enabling scalable healthcare analytics and AI products.

You will bridge platform engineering, product teams, and leadership to ensure a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes. Strong communication, technical fluency, and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or relevant subjects
• Familiarity with analytics technologies (Databricks, SQL, R, Python)
• Cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures; Azure preferred
• Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, APIs, CI/CD, observability, security

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for shared platform capabilities across MedInsight ecosystem
• Define and deliver cloud-native platform capabilities across stages of product lifecycle
• Partner with platform engineering to define requirements for internal developer platforms and tooling
• Translate user pain points into platform opportunities and prioritize work
• Define metrics to evaluate platform value for internal teams and clients
• Represent voice of internal users and gather feedback for platform investments
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align on initiatives
• Create and maintain product roadmaps with leadership teams
• Prioritize platform requirements for easy understanding by business owners
