Job summary

Netfor, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Technical Help Desk Representative to provide friendly, professional support to customers via phone in our remote call center.

You will follow our knowledge base to troubleshoot basic technical issues and adhere to our proven processes. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within Netfor.

This is 100% remote work, with flexible shifts and a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and reliable communications.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Ability to multitask (talking, typing, navigating systems).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional under pressure.
• Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, printers, or networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely, accurate assistance.
• Use knowledge base articles to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues (e.g., point-of-sale systems, hardware, software).
• Follow step-by-step processes to guide customers or elevate issues to clients.
• Document customer interactions clearly and professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to earn positive feedback.
