Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from field technicians and respond appropriately.
• Provide product and service information to callers.

• Route calls to appropriate resources and conduct follow-up with clients.
• Upsell products, programs, and services to existing clients.
• Complete call logs, reports, and data entry as required.
