Job summary

Boundless Networks is seeking a Technical Business Developer to own the full BD cycle and account management for our AI compute platform. You’ll run technical discovery, sell the platform to RL/post-training and batched-inference workloads, and shape the roadmap by feeding market signals back to the product team.

You’ll navigate ambiguity with a bias for action, collaborate cross-functionally, and help grow long-term customer relationships while expanding accounts with credible, data-driven

Qualifications

• BD, sales, or technical account management experience at an AI company — ideally a startup.
• Technical fluency in AI infrastructure, compute, and inference — to run credible technical discovery with engineers and founders.
• Strong account-management track record: customers you've kept happy and grown.
• Ability to translate customer and market signal into clear product input.

Responsibilities

• Build & Sell the Platform: Own the full BD cycle for Boundless's compute network — prospecting, technical discovery, and closing — with our ideal customers in RL/post-training and batched-inference workloads.
• Sense the Field: Track where AI compute demand, pricing, and technical trends are going; translate into structured signal for the Technical Product Manager.
• Own Account Management: Manage customer relationships post-sale; ensure customers are successful, well-supported, and happy, and grow accounts over time.
• Run Technical Discovery: Understand workloads (inference serving, RL training, batched jobs) deeply to map to Boundless capabilities and economics.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Work with Technical PM, engineering, and marketing to align what we sell, build, and position.
