Job summary

Qualys is seeking a Technical Account Manager for SME post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployment of renewals and upsells. You will coordinate with Support, Pre-Sales, and Management to address needs and drive outcomes.

Based in the United States with travel to client sites as needed, you will build trust with customers by delivering technical checkups, collecting feedback, and guiding product direction through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' SaaS security, network, and IT auditing experience.
• Knowledge of federal compliance issues (HIPAA, SOX, FISMA, GLBA) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Renewals and upsells for SME customers on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure proper deployment of new and upsold services.
• Serve as primary technical contact and coordinate with Support/Pre-Sales.
• Gather customer feedback and feed into product direction.
