Qualys is hiring a Technical Account Manager to drive post‑sales success for enterprise customers. You will articulate Qualys technology to business and technical users, identify issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

This quota‑carrying role supports customer retention, renewals, and account growth by combining technical credibility with commercial awareness. Expect field engagement and remote collaboration with partners.

Formación

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant enterprise security experience.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification method.
• Ability to work with C-level and technical staff.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customers to drive adoption and utilization of Qualys solutions.
• Own renewal and upsell pipeline and renewal execution.
• Provide functional and technical support to customers.
• Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations.
• Lead QBRs/EBRs and roadmap discussions.
• Carry out technical PoC activities and customer enablement sessions.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Maintain accurate visibility of opportunities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with focus partners to align goals.
