Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical B2B sales or business development.
• Experience selling into automotive OEMs or automation.
• Ability to engage engineers and operations leaders.
• Proven success developing new territories.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Remote work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business: identify prospects, open doors, penetrate target accounts, and convert opportunities.
• Develop and expand relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, robotic equipment manufacturers, automation integrators, and industrial manufacturers.
• Build and execute a territory growth strategy across the Southwest and Western United States.
• Represent robotics, automated production equipment, connectivity solutions, and technical services.
• Develop relationships with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Understand customer challenges and craft effective solutions with internal teams.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through proposals, negotiations, and execution.
• Expand business within established accounts while maintaining a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
