Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Technical Account Manager in the robotics and factory automation space. You will manage key automotive OEM and Tier 1 relationships, uncover new opportunities, and present advanced robotics and automation solutions to engineering and operations leaders.

You will work with an established global organization, leveraging its engineering expertise and product portfolio to drive growth and profitability across targeted accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful technical B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Experience selling into industrial manufacturing environments (automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or automation integrators).
• Ability to engage technically with engineers, manufacturing leaders, and operations professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, automation integrators, and industrial manufacturers.
• Identify new business opportunities within established accounts and targeted prospects.
• Represent sophisticated industrial robotics, automation products, and technical services.
• Develop relationships with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Understand customer challenges and collaborate with internal technical teams to develop effective solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial discussions through proposals, negotiations, and successful execution.
• Drive profitable revenue growth through a combination of account development and new business acquisition.
