Job summary

Mech‑Mind Robotics is seeking a Sales Manager for Texas to own the full sales lifecycle from territory planning to deal closure. Based in Houston or Austin with remote engagement flexibility, you will build the regional presence across heavy industry, oil & gas, metal processing, automotive, and system integrators.

You’ll engage with engineers and plant managers to design ROI-driven automation solutions, expand key accounts, and help shape regional strategy as the market grows in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong experience in end-to-end enterprise sales or complex B2B cycles.
• Experience selling into heavy industry, oil & gas, or automotive sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Texas territory strategy and full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Independently prospect, qualify, and close new business with heavy-industry enterprises and OEMs.
• Engage with engineering and operations to architect customer-specific automation solutions.
• Identify ROI through robotic guidance, AOI, and inline quality inspection use cases.
• Expand key accounts, drive retention, and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with engineering, applications, and support to win technical evaluations.
• Monitor market trends in Texas and North America to identify whitespace and risks.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events; build a local pipeline.
