Qualifications

• +5 years delivering complex, high-technology automation solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; BSEE with controls focus preferred.
• Proven customer engagement experience in a technical sales environment.
• Ability to manage to a sales plan and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and promote SICK solutions.
• Listen, document, and influence client needs to fit product capabilities.
• Develop opportunities and qualify threats; understand account potential and competitors.
• Use CRM for teamwork and global transparency; maintain accurate records.
• Interface with Product Management and Global teams to define best technical solutions.
• Support the release of new products and services within accounts.
• Travel up to 50% and work across multiple customer sites as needed.
