Job summary

Premier Healthcare Solutions seeks a Technical Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise analytic customers, drive adoption, value realization, and maintain strong customer relationships while coordinating with internal Premier technical teams.

You will ensure timely responsiveness, support expansion opportunities through cross-functional collaboration, and translate client needs into product feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years IT/customer service experience or related field.
• Experience with enterprise analytics or IT solutions a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
