Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of business development, technical sales, or account management experience with data center and semiconductor customers.
• Experience with medium-voltage power distribution systems and related equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical system architecture, protective relaying, control schemes, and power distribution applications.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including occasional international travel.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth and expand market share for data center and semiconductor markets.
• Create demand, influence specifications, and establish Siemens solutions as the preferred choice with end users and partners.
• Identify and penetrate strategic accounts while building long-term relationships.
• Manage opportunity pipelines, CRM activities, and monthly forecasts.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and product trainings to customers and sales teams.
• Support contract negotiations and project management activities to ensure successful outcomes.
