Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries seeks an OEM Account Manager for Data Centers to grow the customer base and deliver automation solutions across factory automation, drives, networking, and services. You will collaborate with portfolio specialists, engineering, and the DI vertical market team in a matrix organization and represent Siemens to OEM Data Center accounts.

The role is remote in Charlotte, DC, Ashburn, and Philadelphia with up to 50% travel; you will build the Account Business Plan, manage

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven and successful track record in Account Management or equivalent role representing a similar breadth of industrial portfolio products and solutions.
• 5+ years proficiency in understanding of Data Center related processes, applications, business drivers, trends and issues.
• 5+ years with a proven track record of success in operating with multiple channels to market, including direct sales, distributors, system integrators, etc.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships and opportunity pursuit strategies of complex opportunities across multiple sales organizations and companies.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes OEM Customer´s market, business targets & strategy, issues, needs, processes, value chain and key business drivers.
• Develops and executes an OEM Account strategy to grow factory automation, motion control, and related services.
• Develops and maintains the Account Business Plan and tracks opportunities in SieSales CRM and forecast updates.
• Coordinates value-based offers, terms & conditions and alignment with the End-User.
• Ensures seamless handover to project execution and loss/win analysis.
