Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams or initiatives, either through direct management or influence-based leadership.
• 10+ years of proven success in strategic account management or enterprise sales.
• Ability to travel up to 50% domestically in the U.S. based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the internal orchestrator across Siemens business units to deliver cohesive enterprise-wide solutions.
• Developing and executing long-term account strategies aligning customer priorities with Siemens capabilities.
• Driving customer value by identifying cross-business opportunities and translating technical differentiation into growth.
• Cultivating strategic relationships with engineering, operations, facilities, procurement, senior management, and C-suite.
• Leading complex pursuits from early specification influence through award and lifecycle expansion.
• Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships through clear communication and collaboration.
• Using CRM tools and account insights to manage performance and forecast visibility.
