Job summary

Siemens, a global technology leader, is seeking an OEM Account Manager for Data Centers. This role is remote across multiple U.S. metro areas including Philadelphia.

You will analyze market drivers, develop account strategies, maintain ABP, and coordinate value-based offers while partnering with Siemens teams to win and deliver projects.

Applicants should have 8+ years in account management and strong data center domain knowledge, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Account Management or similar with industrial portfolios.
• 5+ years in Data Center processes and trends.
• Experience across direct sales, distributors, and integrators.

Responsibilities

• Analyze OEM customer targets, strategy, and value drivers.
• Develop and execute OEM account strategy to grow related portfolios.
• Maintain Account Business Plan and forecast in CRM.
• Coordinate value-based offers with terms aligned to End-User.
• Ensure smooth handover to project delivery and conduct win-loss analysis.
• Collaborate across Siemens entities to maximize account penetration.
