Job summary

Planet Green Holdings seeks a Director of Technical Account Management and Customer Success to lead post-sale cybersecurity, DLP AI policy adoption, and customer health metrics. You will onboard Fortune 500 teams, translate cyber risk into product needs, and drive multi-year, seven-figure deployments.

You’ll manage a remote US team, collaborate with Engineering and Sales, and report to the CRO. Expect travel for executive briefings and field workshops in the cyber domain.

Qualifications

• Need deep cybersecurity and DLP knowledge.
• Ability to translate risk into product requirements.
• Experience guiding post-sale customer success.

Responsibilities

• Master the DLP AI Engine and reduce policy false-positives.
• Lead onboarding sequences to deploy DLP AI within 30 days.
• Run cyber health metrics to predict and prevent churn.
• Collect frontline feedback to drive the roadmap and zero-day defenses.
• Build and mentor a high-performing TAM/CS team for security outcomes.
• Coordinate with Engineering to fix gaps and respond to incidents.
• Travel 30% for workshops and executive engagements.
