Planet Green Holdings seeks a Technical Account Manager to support enterprise customers in cybersecurity, AI DLP, and data protection deployments. You will own a portfolio from deployment through expansion, acting as the technical and strategic advisor to ensure customers realize measurable value from the platform.

You combine deep technical depth with strong communication, collaborating with engineers, IT/security admins, and executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of TAM or similar post-sales technical experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of complex enterprise accounts.
• Strong technical aptitude: logs, CLI, debugging integrations.
• Experience deploying or supporting endpoint security, DLP, CASB, or related data security products.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, SCCM), VDI, and cloud storage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site engagements.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale; be the primary technical contact.
• Lead deployment completion, platform adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead recurring implementation syncs, QBRs, and executive check-ins with stakeholders.
• Monitor customer health signals and intervene before issues escalate.
• Collaborate with engineering to triage bugs and drive resolution.
• Contribute to onboarding materials and internal documentation to improve scalability.
